论律师的执业风险

摘  要

律师执业风险已经成为阻碍我国律师业健康、有序发展的.1大疾患。如何正确认识与解决律师执业风险问题已是迫在眉睫。提高执业律师地位、转变司法人员观念、完善相关立法，是解决律师执业风险问题的重要途径和措施，它对于改善整个司法环境具有10分重要的意义。
