试谈语义场理论下的英语词汇教学
Abstract
The thesis firstly expresses the importance of the vocabulary teaching in the process of English teaching. But in reality, there are difficulties for teachers in teaching vocabulary well and for students there are also difficulties in learning vocabulary, which do not fit the importance of vocabulary in a language, so it is necessary to find a solution to this problem. This thesis expresses the lexical teaching techniques by the application of the Semantic Field Theory. The semantic field is that a group of words, which express the related ideas in a language, and could form a field. The theory is very important for vocabulary teaching and it has widely accepted by language teachers. Lexical approach mainly contains the phrases of the English language, the collocation and usage of the English language. By applying the principle of the Semantic Field Theory, this thesis explores the ways of English lexical teaching technique in its various aspects such as in the phrases, the collocation and usage. It will benefit teachers and students and it will have positive efforts for promoting the reform of English language teaching.

词汇教学在英语教学中起着举足轻重的作用,目前我国从中学到大学的'英语教学中,词汇教学仍然是个薄弱的环节。这种状况与词汇教学在整个英语教学中的重要性形成强烈的反差。所以探讨英语词汇的教学方法成为必要. 本文论述了语义场理论指导下的英语词汇教学.可以说,应用语义场理论进行词汇教学已被教学界普遍接受,它使教师和学生在词汇教学中受益匪浅.本文从英语词语中的词组,搭配,习惯用法,同义词,反义词等方面来探索英语词汇的教学方法,对推动英语教学改革将有积极的意义.
