中国乳制品行业的企业竞争行为分析

摘要:本文以中国乳品制造业为研究对象,对其市场结构、企业竞争行为、经营绩效进行实证分析,分析表明乳品制造业行业集中度不断提高,但绝对值仍然较低,属于低集中寡占型市场结构,企业间竞争激烈,突出表现在广告投入的增加、降价行为及并购行为上,同时行业整体经营绩效显著提升,但个体差异较大。建议通过加强质量监督、调整经济管制政策优化我国乳品制造业市场行为,提高经营绩效。

Study on the conduct of the Dairy Industry in China
 
Abstract: The Chinese dairy industry is taken as object of study and its market structure, enterprise competitive behavior, and management performance are empirically surveyed and analyzed. The result shows that the concentricity of the industry has been increasing since 1990s’, but its absolute value is still low, indicating a less intensive scantly occupied market structure. The increasing ad-rate shows that the competition between corporations is getting more and more intense, and meanwhile the performance of the industry has stepped up remarkably, but the gap between them is observable It is suggested that the government should strengthen the management of quality and adjust the policy of supervision to optimize the market structure and improve the performance of the dairy industry.
