便携式公路动态车辆称重装置的研究与开发
摘要:本文介绍了汽车动态称重系统的发展历程及最新动态,详细分析了研究和发展汽车动态称重系统的意义,展望了动态称重技术的发展前景。
文中分析了汽车速度、汽车振动、路面不平度、台高度各项因素对动态称重的影响,依据动态称重系统的'要求,明确了应采集的输入信号和对输入信号采集过程的控制方式,阐明了系统的具体结构和工作原理。
本文研究了动态汽车衡的工作原理及其工作特点,然后以此作为理论依据对动态称重系统的结构进行了设计和实现。该系统采用分布式管理方式,主控机采用PC机,在系统软件中PC部分采用Microsoft公司的Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0应用程序开发工具设计的;数据采集系统采用AT89C51为中央处理器的单片机系统,包括称重系统的数字电路构成、信号放大与偏置电路、显示接口电路、通信接口电路等硬件电路部分,单片机部分软件采用MCS-51汇编语言编写;主控机与数据采集系统之间通信联系采用RS232C串行口进行通信。其主要功能是动态测量行驶车辆的轮胎受力,并计算相应静态车辆重量,从而实现全自动、不停车计量。

Develop and Research on Convenient
Dynamic Vehicle-Weighing-System on Highway
Abstract:The development of Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) System was introduced in the article, the signification of the research effort and development work of WIM was analyzed and the long term potential of WIM was expected in this paper.
The paper analyzed the influence from vehicle speed vehicle libration, road surface and the height of weigh platform in WIM. According to the require of WIM system, the input signals which should be collected and the control methods of the input signals, the construction and work principles of the system was expatiated at the same time.
This paper studies the dynamic vehicle scale, including working principle and working characteristic. Then take this as basic theory to design the structure of dynamic vehicle-weighing system. The system adopts distributive management, PC is used as the master-control and the software for master-control is compiled with the application tool, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 of Microsoft Company. The data collection system adopts AT89C51 as the CPU of the SCM (Single Chip Micyoco), include hardware design such as the composition of digital circuit, and signal amplification and bias circuit, display interface as well as communication interface. The part of SCM is compiled with the language of MCS-51. Use RS232C to implement the communication between master-control and data collection system. Its main function is dynamically measuring the force on type of ongoing vehicle and calculating related static weigh of vehicle to accomplish fully automatic non-stop metering.
