硕士研究生的英语面试题

The interview will last around 6 minutes; an easy conversation; you will be asked a few questions; you can escape a question if you feel it is difficult or you do not want to talk about the subject. Do give us a response and do not be silent after a question has been raised. You can ask us questions whenever you want during the conversation.

PART 1

1. Are you Mr/Miss **? What’s your name? Would you mind giving us a short/brief introduction of yourself in 30 seconds/within 1 minute?

2. Where are you from? Where is your hometown? Would you please give us a description of your hometown? Is your hometown beautiful? How?

3. Which university do you come from? Which university are you studying at? Do you mind introducing your university? Can you give us an introduction of your university?

4. Did you get here from your hometown or your university? How did you get to our university?

5. What’s your hobby? What sports do you like? Do you like singing/drawing/skating? What do you do in your spare time?

6. Do you have an idol? Who is your idol? What’s the reason? Can you give us a reason? PART 2

7. What’s your major/subject? Which course do you like? Why do you like this course? Which course are you interested in/good at?

8. What software have you ever used? Do you know the software ANSYS/ADINA?

9. Have you ever involved in any academic activities? Did you join any students’ team in your university? What do you learn from the activities?

11. What’s the motivation to you to have your postgraduate study? Why do you choose to continue your campus life? What’s your purpose to have a master degree? What’s your motivation to continue your life in college? Can you tell us what a master degree means to you?

12. Some of your classmates will go to work/get a job after graduation. Why don’t you choose to work after you get your bachelor’s degree/after graduation? How did you make your decision/choice?
