IG panel interview面经

    申请的上海的IG,WB的。今天下午面的final panel interview（12/5）。跟前面那位总结的差不多。20分钟的准备时间给你一个topic,准备presentation,5分钟的presentation。topic就是跟汇率有关系的，大家就看看这方面的内容吧。presentation以后还会追问你问题。 接下来就是structured interview。能想起来的问题大概有以下： example persuading people to accept your idea. 2. and example making others accepting what they didn't like. 3. an example of taking creative approach to solve a problem. 4. How to maintain strong customer relationhip. 5. As a corporation, what kind of serives would you like from a bank? 6. Talk about specific product in a bank. 还有其他问题，都是针对我个人的经历问的。因为面了一个多小时，大概一小时20分钟的样子。最后面试官还是给了一个比较正面的评价给我。但愿这个这个评价反映了真实的结果吧。 建议： 根据某一些问题，想一些实际的'例子还是必要的，省得到时候一紧张想不起来例子就很尴尬。但是具体细节，没必要准备的很细，因为他们会追问一些你肯那个无法预测的细节。只要例子是真实的，be yourself就可以了。
