对中国农村剩余劳动力转移问题的研究

摘要： “3农”问题1直是困扰我国经济发展多年的老大难问题，而农村剩余劳动力转移是解决“3农”问题的关键环节之1，对于社会主义新农村建设也具有极其重要的战略意义。农村剩余劳动力转移是现代化进程中所提出的必然要求，是农民增收的根本途径，因此对此问题的研究有助于“3农”中农民问题的解决，是解决“3农”问题的.基本前提。本文从分析我国农村剩余劳动力的现状着手，对其产生的原因以及制约因素做了1个详细的分析，并针对制约因素提出相应的解决措施，以达到转移中国农村剩余劳动力的目的。

The Study of the Transferring of Surplus Labor in Rural China

Abstract: “Farmers, agriculture, and countryside” is a large problem which besets the development of china’s economy for many years, and transference of rural china’s surplus labors is one of the key to solve this problem, and it is also very important for constructing socialism new countryside. Transference of rural china’s surplus labors is the necessary demand of the process of modernization, and it is also the fundamental way of increasing the peasants’ income. Therefore, the study of this problem is helping to solve the peasants’ problems. Moreover, it is the basic precondition of solving the problem of “farmers, agriculture, and countryside”. This paper started with the analysis of the actualities of china’s surplus labors, analyzed its causes, necessity and the limited factors, and suggested some corresponding gateways to achieve the goal of transference of rural china’s surplus labors.
