职责描述:
1. Build and maintain regular contacts with shareholders and investors interested in becoming shareholders on the business development and the reasons of the fluctuation of financial reports; Select and provide the required information to investors through strategy interpretation, operation analysis, and project development update, etc.;
2. Track changes in company’s investor roster and monitor developments in the broad HK market and specific Internet sector peers
3. Help coordinate investor calls/meetings/reverse roadshows with senior management, both during and off financing reporting seasons
4. Assist on maintaining relationships with sell side (investment bank research analysts and bankers) and participate in major investor conferences in HK, SGP, US and elsewhere
5. Update company’s valuation model and relevant materials based on clinical milestone progress, BD deals and strategic transactions (M&A, etc.)
6. Assist on preparing periodic and interim reports
7. Work with Finance, PR and other relevant departments in preparing company investor presentations and other materials
8. Participate in the all the M&A transaction and important investment
任职要求:
1. Based in GZ or HK, business travels to US, SGP and the places which our investor or target company based in, if necessary.
2. Familiarity with the HK capital markets, HK Company Law and Listing Rules, etc.;
3. Good oral and writing communication skills; full fluency in both English and Mandarin required; Cantonese fluency a plus but not required
4. Solid quantitative skills including certain level of facility with basic corporate finance modeling
5. Familiarity with adtech or Internet sector a plus but not required
6. Meticulous and detail-oriented
7. High EQ and ability to cope with stress and fast work pace
8. Fast learner and highly motivated
